My Name is Christine Jose I am an Artist and Virtual Assistant and this website is to showcase what I love to do for myself, for my family, for my customers and my clients. 

Since starting Cupcake Catacomb we have done a multitude of different tasks either hourly, by project or by retainer package.

Todays expectations and standards of owning a small or family business is overwhelming! Everything from Social Media Marketing, Website Management, Graphic Design and Administration can be daunting. We are here to help give you creative freedom by taking the stressful tasks off your hands.

What is a Virtual Assistant?

It is a service provided to individuals who want(or need) professional administrative, technical, or creative (social/branding) assistance. This is all done remotely. The best part about these services is that you are not responsible for any employee related taxes, insurance, benefits, office space, equipment or supplies. This is due to the fact that virtual assistants are independent contractors rather than employees.

VA Services are at an hourly rate of $25 unless stated otherwise.

    You will receive a package with the main sizes required for different applications as well as the original file. (If a logo just needs to be in vector format, the service is $25 an hour.)

  • Web Design and Management

    All Web Design packages include a custom domain, wordpress installation, theme set-up/creation, social media integration, branding and search engine optimization (SEO).

     Prices are based upon content need and page requirement.

    Minimum $1000
    Client is responsible for Hosting costs. (i can help you find a hosting site)
    Website Management is charged regular VA rates.
