I am a Virtual Assistant that works exclusively with artists.

You don't want someone supporting artists who doesn't know what it's like to be an artist. Some stuff you just have to get.

I make spooky things cute and cute things spooky.  I understand creative identity, market seasons, the feast-and-famine cycle, and why you'd rather be in the studio at midnight than scheduling graphics for social media.

If you've ever said "I don't have time to post, manage my files, or answer messages" you are exactly who I help.

I'm not a corporate VA. I'm a maker, sculptor, designer, and vendor who built a VA practice specifically for creatives. I understand the chaos because I live it.

I work with your creative rhythm, not against it. No grind culture. No shame. Just structure and support that respects your energy.

You aren't lazy, you're overloaded!

Your mind is full of ideas, commissions, deadlines, shoots, markets, and clients. Running the business side steals the energy you need for the actual work.

That's where I come in.

What changes when you work with me.

Less stress before markets

Market season is when admin explodes at the worst time. Announcements, graphics, scheduling , I've got it.

Better online presence

Consistent posts, polished graphics, and captions in your voice without fighting the algorithm yourself every week.

No more mental clutter

When someone else holds the to-do list, you get to be the artist again not the admin, designer, and social media manager all at once.

Clearer listings & systems

Organized inventory, updated shop listings, and a digital workspace you can actually find things in.

I make the cute things spooky
& the spooky things cute.

Chrissy Red Thunder Cloud

I'm a vendor, a sculptor, a graphic designer, and a mom. I sculpt ghosts, mushrooms, and skulls. I bead pieces inspired by my Indigenous and Ukrainian roots. I've worked vending tables, done midnight listings, packed cars at 5am, and managed solo market setups with kids in tow.

My mixed Ukrainian, Anishinaabeg and Scottish heritage shapes everything I create. I believe my artwork breaks the fear around end of life and brings joy in finding the whimsy within what others find dark or disturbing.

I understand creative overwhelm, not because I read about it, but because I live it. Every piece I make, every market I vend, every late-night edit session is the same world my clients are navigating.

I understand the messy brain, the ADHD pacing, the late-night edits, and the creative block that comes with admin overload.

Most VAs don't get creative workflow. I don't sanitize you into a corporate brand I amplify your voice, your style, your color, your essence. Your art speaks. I give it a microphone.

Why I became a creative VA.

I have been a professional VA for about 10 years it was only recently that it was like a light bulb blown up in my brain at a local dinner event talking to another artist that I realized my help was most needed in the creative community. I also found it particularly easier to relate to other artists and makers compared to corporate businesses.

As an artist, looking around, I noticed that we weren't struggling creatively at all, but the administrative overload was drowning every aspect of creative joy. The admin. The social media. The listings. The emails. The market prep on top of the market itself.

They didn't have a VA who understood how artists actually work. They had business support designed for corporations. Not for makers. Not for vendors. Not for people whose creative identity is inseparable from their business.

Most VAs don't get the messy brain, the ADHD pacing, the late-night edits, or the creative block that comes with admin overload. I do. Because I have all of those things too.

So I built a VA practice specifically for people like us. I don't market artists as brands, I market them as people with stories, skill, and soul.
"You don't need corporate strategy. You need someone who understands creative life and can organize the world around it."
